The time involved in a photoshoot can vary greatly. With a small home and photos only, we can photograph the home in 30 minutes. A very large Luxury home might take a full day for photos (35-40), a 3D virtual model of the home, a floor plan, and a video. An architectural photo session may last a full 12 hours, depending on the shot list provided by the client, waiting for the light to be in the perfect spot, and re-arranging furniture so it looks its best in the final 10-12 images. We will usually let you know how long we anticipate the photo session to last when you place your order.

The short answer is no. Most of the time, you will be licensing the photographs, which gives you mostly unlimited use for a set period. You have a license to use the photos based on your agreement. The photographer retains the copyright. As an example, when you use them for a real estate listing, they are licensed to you for the amount of time you have the listing. In this example, if someone else lists the property, you cannot share the photos with them.
